  "I don’t know what it is about the stray cats nowadays, but they’re mean. There’s just too many stray cats around here. I’ve never seen this many stray cats on the streets. I have to catch a picture of them because I’m scared of them. If you have food in your hand, they will snatch it out."

  "This lot is unsafe because this is a body-dumping lot. People kill people and just dump the bodies over there. In the past four years there’s been three or four bodies that’s been found in that lot."

  "This is Saturday morning at about 7:30.  I get to the 61 bus stop and I didn’t even pay attention that I was getting ready to step in it.  There’s puddles… puddles!  This person lost a lot of blood because it’s been almost ten hours and it’s still out in puddle.  Somebody’s kid could have fallen in that, touched it, anything.  I don’t think the cops were there, because I know they would have had yellow tape around it or something."
